Garden a la Carte is an edible garden business created in 2017 with the purpose of teaching adults and children alike how to grow their own food.

We want to help our friends, neighbors, and the people of our community experience the excitement of growing delicious and healthy foods right at home.

Jen Meyer
Originally from Grenada, has had the opportunity to grow her own food throughout her childhood.
She has a BA in Psychology and Applied Behavior Training, she was a substitute teacher in Broward county for more than 10 years.
Claudia Cifuentes
Was born and raised in Colombia. She has a masters in Organizational and Climate Communications.
She is a Master Gardener and an active member of UF/IFAS’s Broward Extension. She believes that nature is counting on us for a better future.
We want to plant the seed, for you to love growing your own food at home.
